Read the service settings from a configuration file.

Scope:

  • Load a configuration file into typed structures.

Notes:

  • Recommended format is TOML, read with the toml and serde crates.
  • The exact set of options is decided during development. There is no channel list in configuration, because subscriptions live in the account.
