Package and run the system.

Scope:

One Docker image holding the single binary.
Run two containers from the run ingest and run feed commands.
Both containers mount the same volume, holding the SQLite database and the Telegram session, on the same host.
Expose only the feed service's HTTP port, ideally behind a reverse proxy that terminates TLS. Garage is reached over the network.
Run the login command once interactively to create the session before the services start.
